Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment. We will provide you with confirmation when your item/s are shipped.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. In this case, you may receive another PayPal payment request if the shipping totalled more than estimated.
Delivery times may vary depending on location. All UK parcels will be sent as Royal Mail First Class by default. Standard Post Office shipments are not traceable and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Small orders are packed in flat stiff-card parcels, larger orders are packed in cardboard boxes according to quantity.
Where we ship?
We aim to be able to ship anywhere in the world. If you are unable to select your preferred carrier, or would like to check how we can send your package, feel free to get in touch so we can suggest options. We currently ship everywhere via Royal Mail and the Post Office.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Indica Dubs does not store or pass on any details. PayPal is recommended as the world’s most established and secure online payment platform. You can pay via your PayPal account, or use PayPal to pay with debit/credit card.
We advise all customers to select a recorded or tracked delivery service as their delivery method, to avoid any issues regarding lost items.
We implement a ‘no refunds, no returns’ policy. We can assure that all goods are brand new, unused and not intentionally damaged in any way. In the unlikely event of occurrence, any damages found (e.g. a scratch on the vinyl) would be an accidental cause from the manufacturers and we apologise on behalf of this.
If the preferred method is not to ship recorded or tracked, the shipment is only guaranteed to be dispatched, and you are responsible for all claims thereafter. You will need to contact the Post Office. Barcode/reference number/s of shipping can be obtained by emailing email@example.com.
Any lost, shortages or damaged goods should be reported within 7 days of receiving goods. Refunds will be at the companies’ discretion, please let us know if you require a special delivery and we will be happy to help.
